Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population served by the FAMILY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CENTER includes individuals with co-occurring medical and psychological conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in addressing their mental health challenges while coordinating care with medical professionals to optimize treatment for overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical and mental health needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse patient population.
