Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, identifying their social, emotional, and psychological needs through detailed interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Provide individualized counseling and support to clients and their families, navigating various challenges related to mental health, trauma, and life transitions.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized service plans that align with their specific goals and outcomes.

• Advocate for client rights and access to community resources, addressing social justice issues that impact their mental health and well-being.

• Contribute to program development, evaluation initiatives, and grant reporting to enhance our service delivery and effectiveness.

• Build partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and community resources to expand service offerings and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 – 115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
