Accounting Manager

Opportunity Highlights Newly created role driven by growth and increased transaction volume High-visibility position partnering closely with the head of Accounting and senior finance leadership Meaningful exposure to acquisitions, purchase price accounting, and complex accounting matters Opportunity to help clean up, standardize, and scale accounting processes Hybrid work environment with flexibility week to week Competitive compensation including performance-based bonus and long-term equity participation Responsibilities Include Support and influence month-end close activities in a multi-entity, growth-oriented environment Take ownership of acquisition-related accounting efforts, including purchase price accounting and integration support Apply technical accounting judgment to complex transactions and evolving business needs Serve as a thought partner to accounting leadership on process improvements and reporting enhancements Support audit and review activities, including preparation of analyses and technical documentation Provide oversight and mentorship for Accounting team Assist with strengthening controls, documentation, and consistency as the organization scales Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA required Experience as an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller preferred; strong Audit Managers will also be considered Demonstrated experience with purchase price accounting and technical accounting under U.S. GAAP Industry experience highly preferred, including exposure to month-end close, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives Prior experience in a private equity, acquisitive, or high-growth environment is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Harmer
