Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, compliance, and general ledger activities within the Financial Services industry. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills. Our client is a Financial Services firm. Description Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely reporting. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. Collaborate with external auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
