Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients both virtually and within the community, accommodating those suffering from severe emotional and mental health issues.

• Establishing trusting relationships with clients to ensure a positive therapeutic environment while promoting empowerment and choice.

• Conducting thorough assessments and screenings, including evidence-based methods suited to the individual needs of each client.

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans that connect clients with essential services and support networks.

• Leading individual, group, and family therapy sessions while managing your caseload effectively.

• Participating in crisis intervention as necessary, with a focus on immediate client safety.

• Ensuring compliance with professional ethical standards and maintaining documentation for treatment services, including timely reports and data submissions.

• Contributing to quality improvement initiatives by participating in team meetings and committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients within the detox center who experience varying degrees of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, major depressive disorders, severe anxiety, and escalating behavioral issues. You will use therapeutic interventions grounded in evidence-based practices to support these individuals in addressing their mental health and substance use difficulties.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's Degree in Social Work is strongly preferred.
