Field Reimbursement Specialist Senior Manager - Northeast US

Senior Manager role leading a regional Field Reimbursement team for Tezspire in the Northeast US. Responsible for executing reimbursement strategy, coaching high-performing managers, and ensuring optimal patient access across specialty pharmacy and buy-and-bill channels while maintaining compliance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers with clear performance expectations
• Establish and monitor regional field KPIs, service levels, and business objectives with accountability measures
• Develop and execute regional reimbursement strategies translating national priorities into territory and account plans
• Maintain field presence across region to observe customer engagement, coach managers, and assess market dynamics
• Ensure team compliance with business rules, policies, and field reimbursement rules of engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing field sales or reimbursement teams
• Strong expertise in healthcare reimbursement, payer dynamics, and access strategies
• Knowledge of both specialty pharmacy and medical benefit channels
• Demonstrated account management and analytical decision-making capabilities
• Experience with CRM systems and field performance metrics
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships in matrix environments
