We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable professional looking for a long-term position with a private family. The ideal candidate enjoys building meaningful relationships, takes initiative, and is comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on personal support.
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, Home Manager, Care Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Caregiver, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience coordinating medical care, including scheduling appointments, communicating with healthcare providers, managing prescriptions and refills, maintaining medical records, and accompanying clients to appointments.
- Comfortable supporting older adults with mobility limitations, memory impairment, or dementia while promoting dignity, patience, and independence.
- Strong administrative skills, including email and calendar management, document organization, travel planning, expense tracking, and coordinating vendors and household services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with family members, physicians, caregivers, accountants, attorneys, contractors, and other service providers.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online patient portals, DocuSign, and other digital platforms.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal, medical, and financial information.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently while exercising sound judgment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to provide transportation to appointments and errands, as needed.
