Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to identify their specific concerns and needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy engagements, applying therapeutic techniques that encourage client engagement and progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute mental health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records pertaining to clients, including session notes, treatment plans, and performance evaluations, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists—to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options available, and community resources, while advocating passionately for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n
