JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI, 0800 start time, $19/HR, PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers/staff
- Provide status updates and agent tracking
- Accurately enter customer data into the company system
- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Scan documents and print files as needed
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Respond to inquiries and emails to support the Operations Team
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Dependable and reliable work ethic
- Friendly and collaborative team player
- Prior logistics experience is preferred
