Pinnacle Home Improvement Company LLC is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring for sales and other growth roles as the organization scales. This hybrid position supports Alpharetta, GA (onsite/hybrid availability) and partners closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to build end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate pipelines. You will own recruiting across multiple markets, maintain a strong flow of qualified candidates, and use data and sourcing expertise to improve speed and quality. The role emphasizes building a reliable “recruiting engine” that aligns talent decisions with what drives success in Pinnacle’s sales organization. What you’ll do Own high volume recruiting for sales and other growth positions across multiple markets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, rather than relying solely on applicants Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess both capability and cultural fit Partner with hiring managers to understand what makes someone successful in each role Move candidates efficiently through the process while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience Use recruiting platforms, sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and creative outreach to generate qualified candidates consistently Build and continuously improve recruiting processes to make hiring faster, more consistent, and more effective Track recruiting activity and results, identify bottlenecks, and use data to improve the funnel Develop a deep understanding of Pinnacle’s sales organization, culture, expectations, and what separates successful performers from unsuccessful hires Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the organization as hiring needs grow What success looks like Build qualified candidate pipelines consistently Fill hiring classes and open positions on schedule Maintain strong candidate flow from sourcing through hire Understand why candidates move forward or fall out of the process Partner effectively with hiring managers to hire for fit and performance Improve recruiting efficiency and processes over time Hire people with the behaviors and characteristics needed to succeed and stay Become increasingly knowledgeable about the business and the talent needed to grow Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring Comfort recruiting at high volume without sacrificing hiring quality Ability to engage candidates confidently by phone Ability to sell the opportunity without overselling Natural curiosity and the ability to uncover what motivates candidates Skill in differentiating strong interview performance from likely on-the-job success Highly organized approach to managing multiple positions, hiring managers, and candidate pipelines at once Comfort working toward measurable recruiting goals Persistence when a position is difficult to fill, with ownership and independent problem-solving Ability to move quickly while still paying attention to details Enjoyment working with people and building relationships Willingness to roll up sleeves, take accountability, collaborate, and continuously look for ways to make the team better Demonstrated ability to partner directly with hiring managers and senior leadership Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills Advanced sourcing expertise, including comfort building pipelines from scratch Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting tools (Paycor Recruiting is a plus) Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision Physical requirements: prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer; ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times Employment type: Full-Time Location Alpharetta, GA or Nashville, TN for onsite/hybrid availability Compensation USD 75,000 - 130,000 per yearly Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and additional Supplemental health benefit offerings (effective 1st of the month after 60 days) Roth & Traditional 401(k) Plan offerings with fully vested Safe Harbor Company Match Flexible Time Away Policy Paid Company Holidays Financial Wellness Program Referral Bonus Program Competitive pay and high-growth industry A people-first culture built on results and teamwork Opportunity to grow with a company expanding across the region Culture matters here Climb Higher: set high expectations and push to achieve more Serve Always: put people and the customer first Succeed Together: win as a team, not as individuals Technologies ATS platforms LinkedIn Recruiter Paycor Recruiting (in addition to other recruiting tools) #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinnacle Home Improvement
