About the job

Marketsupport Canada is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual (preferred) Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on an 8-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing high-volume recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.

• Position: Recruiter (Bilingual preferred)
• Employment Type: Temporary Contract (8 Weeks)
• Location: Hybrid – Mississauga, ON
• Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
• Compensation: $23.00–$25.00 per hour , based on experience
• Start Date: Immediate

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for brand ambassador and retail merchandising positions across Canada.
• Source qualified candidates using Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone and Zoom interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Complete onboarding activities, including employment documentation and new hire communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
• Experience recruiting for retail or merchandising roles is an asset.
• Comfortable conducting interviews using Zoom.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other job boards.
• Experience using a TAM (ATS); familiarity with Zoho Sign is an asset.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Available to start immediately.
