Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client’s unique situation, including their mental state and personal circumstances.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as required.

• Provide case management services, coordinating with social services, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to ensure patients have access to comprehensive support.

• Stay informed of best practices and emerging therapies by completing ongoing continuing education courses, ensuring you maintain your National Certified Counselor certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, couples, and families dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
