Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required What You Will Do Lead cross functional Logistics IPT (LIPT): Individual will own and develop plan for every part within responsible engine module to maintain fleet readiness requirements. Depot and Field Support - Identify risks to parts supportability for both depot module production and field requirements and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact. Review trends, update forecast data for future parts demand, and identify opportunities/needs for expanded repairs and/or limits to support production requirements and/or affordability targets. Develop and monitor fleet management plans for improved safety, reliability, and affordability. Support internal and external program meetings by presenting module supportability challenges and mitigation plans. Drive efficiencies within the program to ensure preparedness for the next depot overhaul interval. Support hardware recovery initiatives for parts in hold for future repair status. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree. 8 years of experience in Engineering, Propulsion maintenance/logistics, or Program management or an advanced degree with 5 years of Engineering, Propulsion maintenance/logistics, or Program management experience. U.S. citizenship is required to support this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer Familiarization with propulsion MRO and technical/logistic field support processes. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, QLIK/Power BI. Relocation assistance is not provided.
