Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to create a work-life balance that best suits your needs while connecting with clients nationwide. You will be working primarily in an outpatient office setting and will benefit from our modern technology and administrative support. Key Responsibilities As an LMFT, you will engage in therapy sessions with couples, families, and individual clients. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough assessments to identify individual and family dynamics affecting mental health. Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, trauma, grief, family conflict, and adjustment to divorce. Facilitating couples and family therapy sessions, addressing challenges such as communication barriers and conflicts among family members. Documenting progress in client records and updating treatment plans as necessary to reflect their evolving needs. Participating in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment approaches. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents facing difficulties such as relationship stress, grief and loss, blended family adjustments, and communication challenges. Qualifications To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications: An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to clients. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Preferred Experience We are particularly interested in candidates with: Previous experience in an outpatient setting, particularly with couples and family therapy. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote practice methodologies. A demonstrated ability to work with a variety of behavioral health issues and life transitions. A flexible schedule and the ability to maintain a caseload of 30 hours or more per week. Compensation and Benefits Willow Green Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
