Customer Service Representative

Job Full Description

Join our manufacturing team as a key liaison between our customers and our production floor. We are looking for a technical pro who can translate architectural plans into successful orders while providing top-tier service to contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

Interpret architectural plans specifications and hardware schedules accurately
Provide prompt expert support to customers and contractors on technical inquiries
Review price and route orders following established manufacturing protocols
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain precise documentation and workflow tracking within our system
Leverage deep product knowledge to solve complex client needs

Requirements

3+ years of technical customer service experience preferably in building materials
Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes
Proficiency in Excel Word and ERP systems
Strong math skills and sharp attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High School Diploma required though a Bachelor's degree is a plus
