Description The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing the front‑line, single point of contact for business partners requiring assistance from the organization for issue resolution and service request fulfillment, and for handling new events that come into the Service Desk (24x7). The support analyst must combine world‑class customer service skills with technical expertise to ensure that the organization’s business partners’ needs are addressed on the initial contact, as often as possible.
