Job Description:

Under general supervision, manages the daily business operations for Facilities & Event Operations; prepares the annual Facilities & Event Operations department budgets; prepares and analyzes financial reports; manages Facilities & Event Operations contracts, invoicing, deposits, payables, etc for athletic facilities and operations; assists with Athletic Business Office payables, deposits, and taxable submissions; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Three years of experience in responsible office work, including two years of experience with bookkeeping procedures, or any combination of related education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm but the schedule is flexible with the ability to work remotely one or two days a week.
