Senior Sales Manager

Leading a team of Senior Sales Engineers, the full-time remote Senior Sales Manager - Hyperscaler will manage complex cloud architecture engagements, oversee the services pipeline, and coach technical talent while ensuring presales quality and revenue accountability. Key responsibilities Serve as lead or shadow architect on complex partner and customer engagements, validating SOWs and business cases Accountable for the team's services pipeline target from generation to handoff, ensuring weekly forecast accuracy Coach Senior Sales Engineers through deal reviews and direct technical leadership to enhance team performance Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years functional experience, including 4 years in a position-specific role and 2 years in a supervisory capacity Hands-on cloud architecture experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure, including migration and security frameworks Proven experience in pipeline management and revenue accountability within a partner-led sales environment Strong vCIO advisory capabilities and experience developing business cases and modernization roadmaps Track record of coaching and developing senior technical talent in a cross-functional setting
