Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the organization's client base and referral network Leverage LPN clinical expertise to build credibility and trust with healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, and skilled nursing facilities Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and growth metrics Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to meet organizational growth goals Requirements: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing within a healthcare setting preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field Knowledge of healthcare referral processes and the local Glendale/Phoenix metro market a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel About Us: Project New Generation LLC is a healthcare organization based in Glendale, AZ, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and innovative solutions to the communities we serve.
