Director of Sales, Maintenance

The Director of Sales, Maintenance is responsible for leading the strategic growth and expansion of Pattison ID's Maintenance and Facility Services business across North America. This role serves as a strategic sales leader focused on expanding Pattison ID's footprint within Facilities, Retail Operations, and Maintenance organizations at major national accounts. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is responsible for driving profitable recurring revenue growth through preventative maintenance, reactive service solutions, and expanded retail image management programs, while helping to develop the future Maintenance Sales organization across North America.

Core business focus includes: Preventative Sign Maintenance, Reactive Service & Repair, Scheduled Cleaning Programs, Lighting Repair & Maintenance, Night Audits & Site Inspections, Retail Image Maintenance Programs, Landscaping, Snow Removal, and Parking Lot Services, and Exterior Lighting & HVAC Coordination Services.

Essential functions/key responsibilities include: Strategy & Growth, Customer & Relationship Development, Financial Performance, Team & Organizational Development, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) include: Maintenance and recurring revenue growth, CM3% growth and profitability improvement, expansion of preventative maintenance programs, facilities and maintenance executive engagement growth, pipeline growth within national retail accounts, vendor network effectiveness, and service response and completion metrics.
