As a Small Parts Assembler you will ensure reliability and consistency on our production line. You will get hands-on experience of assembling innovative and cutting-edge products for the energy industry. You will be part of a team that ensures the highest quality of our customer builds. As a Small Parts Assembler, you will be responsible for: Working with small to microscopic parts to assemble small cameras the size of a pencil eraser. Utilizing specialized, optical tweezers, pin vise, and microscopes for soldering and assembly of certain parts. Testing assemblies per customer and/or division criteria. Performing functional testing on assemblies. Prepping assemblies for shipment. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will require: Have a high school diploma or GED Demonstrate very strong attention to detail Have extremely refined fine motor skills and dexterity Have the ability to physically perform duties as needed by sitting and standing for extended periods of time Have the ability to read, follow and interpret routine instructions Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, flexible and a self-starter Have the ability to work well with teams and have the ability to multitask Work in a way that works for you. You will be eligible to participate in company-sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k).
