Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients diagnosed with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct brief, developmentally appropriate assessments to identify individual client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive care plans that integrate services, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and stabilization to clients in distress.

• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and strategies that further organizational objectives and foster collaborative synergy.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and quality data submission.

• Provide psychoeducational support to families and caregivers, facilitating their understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate healthcare systems and access additional social services as needed.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as required to achieve defined recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in a detox setting, many of whom are facing significant challenges related to substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role requires a strong understanding of the complexities involved in substance dependence and an ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship. Your expertise in risk assessment and crisis management will be critical in facilitating clients' journeys toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; however, a Master's degree is highly preferred.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
