Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Coordinator Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support a large-scale vendor management project. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy administrative work, relationship-building, data management, and working in a structured environment. In this role, you will maintain vendor records, collect and verify required documentation, update account information, and communicate directly with vendors to ensure compliance and accuracy. Candidates should be comfortable spending a significant portion of their day making outbound calls and following up on documentation requests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3+ years of administrative, customer service, data entry, or office support experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the workday Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain vendor account information within company systems Contact vendors via phone and email to obtain required documentation and updates Verify and update tax forms, contact information, and other account records Process account changes and record updates with a high level of accuracy Track outstanding requests and follow up regularly to ensure completion Review documentation for completeness and compliance Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions and project activity Generate status updates and progress reports as needed Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues Ensure all work is completed accurately and within established timelines This is a Permanent position based out of Schaumburg, IL. The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $22.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
