Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and check-ins, celebrating their progress and identifying areas for improvement.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor, document, and report on clients’ progress toward treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary based on their responses to therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client's care plan.

Compensation and Benefits\n
