Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of clients, including adults and child/adolescent populations. Our patients come to us seeking help for various issues such as relationship conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for our ideal candidate:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

While we require a minimum of two years’ experience, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, family systems therapy, or child and adolescent counseling may find significant alignment with our organizational needs and patient population. Experience with telehealth platforms will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
