Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing a range of emotional and relational difficulties. Our patients may present with varying degrees of distress from life transitions, grief, and trauma, to chronic mental health conditions. Your expertise will help them navigate their journeys toward healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in Washington state.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent program.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist, including at least one year of recent clinical work.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and video conferencing platforms; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

• In-depth understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , reflecting your expertise and years of experience.
