Role Description
- Manage and update email campaigns in Constant Contact
- Set up and monitor email automations
- Clean and organize contacts and lists in HubSpot
- Coordinate across platforms including website, email, and CRM
- Handle inbox management and marketing-related responses
- Schedule and manage social media posts
- Update website with basic front-end changes, no coding required
- Track campaign performance including opens and clicks
- Support administrative tasks such as calendar and travel arrangements
- Keep systems organized and up to date
- Improve workflows between tools
- Flag issues or gaps in marketing operations
Working Shifts
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am - 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time
- Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00am - 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time
