Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and treatment needs, ensuring foundational understanding for personalized care.

• Create individualized treatment plans that encompass both addiction recovery and any co-occurring mental health issues, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to foster engagement and progress.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team, ensuring integrated and coordinated care for clients by participating in regular meetings to discuss treatment progress and modify plans as needed.

Qualifications\n
