Our client, a reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Certified Payroll Specialist for a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of three months.

Responsibilities:

-Process weekly certified payroll accurately and on time

-Prepare and submit certified payroll reports Ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements

-Maintain payroll records and employee documentation

-Assist with audits and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

-Previous certified payroll experience required

-Construction industry experience preferred

-Knowledge of prevailing wage laws and DIR reporting

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
