Senior Network Security Engineer

Leading technical initiatives within a remote environment, the full-time Senior Network Security and Automation Engineer with Python will leverage extensive network security expertise to develop, implement, and optimize features while collaborating with cross-functional teams on automation projects. Key responsibilities Own and lead the successful delivery of technical initiatives within the team Develop and implement new features while enhancing existing functionalities based on network security principles Partner with product owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items and engage with end users to address feature requests Required qualifications At least 7 years of relevant work experience in network security and automation Strong understanding of network security principles and hands-on experience with firewalls Proficient in Python for network automation beyond simple scripting Networking/security vendor certification at minimum Professional level (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, NSE4+) English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
