Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who: has Sense of hospitality has proven track record successful administration has great interpersonal skills Your day to day Conduct regular check-up on the employee facilities as lockers and Heart of the House to comply with the standards. Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the expiry database and ensure all employment requirements are met and ready for any upcoming audits such as National ID, Military service, health certificate, and Skills measurement. Participate in all HR events such as birthday, service pin parties and celebrate service week, etc. Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance Assist in preparing for the employee’s survey twice a year. Support other HR functions as assigned Assist in ensuring the right application of any related HR Brand Standards to comply 100% achievement of target. In charge of Insertion of data on Egyptian Hotel Association. Update Organization Chart monthly update Responsible of Recruitment process according to the HR audit JB 8,9&10 Create videos per event Video editing and social media posting Prepare Job description update JB 8-10 Coordinate with Clinic monthly wellness calendar Electronic notice board update in HOH Prepare and communicate the True Hospitality HR daily email & Staff Cafeteria Menu. Inspect Male Lockers list (junior- Senior) along with preparing monthly inspection report WOT New Hires additional. Responsible of HOH maintenance and cleanliness Prepare Staff accommodation required 4 reports based on RLR audit Demonstrate awareness and adhere to the occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures. Be familiar with the Hotel safety, first aid, fire and emergency procedures and operating equipment safely and responsibly. Report security incidents and accidents in accordance with the Hotel requirements. Qualifications: Strong organization, time management, implementation skills, ethical practice, team player, and communication skills, and attention to details are required skills to perform competently the mentioned job duties. Minimum 1 year experience in human resources or office administration is required. Certification in HR or administration is preferable.
