As a Business Development - Assisted Living professional, you will play a vital role in driving referrals, strengthening community partnerships, and elevating our visibility in the Cleveland and Garfield Heights areas. About the Role As our Business Development - Assisted Living Community Marketing Representative, you will be the face of The Village at Marymount, representing our facility known for compassionate care and strong community presence. Your work will directly support census growth, strengthen referral pipelines, and elevate our visibility with hospitals, physicians, senior service organizations, and local partners. You will collaborate closely with Admissions, Nursing, and Leadership to ensure our message, mission, and services are clearly communicated and consistently represented.
