Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address clients' specific mental health needs. Assist clients in setting, pursuing, and accomplishing personalized treatment goals that align with their mental health aspirations. Deliver prevention-oriented therapy sessions that equip clients with the strategies to manage symptoms and enhance their overall well-being. Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans in partnership with each client to ensure responsiveness to their evolving needs. Collaborate with external mental health professionals and placement agencies to coordinate holistic care approaches. Maintain thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, meeting all regulatory documentation requirements. Participate actively in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current in therapeutic practices and enhance team cohesion. Contribute to cultivating a positive team culture and enriching the overall clinic environment through initiative and collaboration. Patient Population / Client Focus We serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our emphasis on community integration means you will work with clients from various backgrounds and socio-economic conditions. This role allows you to provide essential support to those in need while facilitating access to additional community mental health resources. Qualifications Possession of a full professional license as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Texas is required. A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Prior experience (at least one year) in mental health counseling or a related field that demonstrates your capability in the role. Familiarity with community resources and networking within mental health services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to establish rapport effectively with clients. Strong leadership qualities that inspire trust and collaboration. Preferred Experience Experience working within a community health setting or clinic. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions relevant to the client population. Understanding of the administrative processes associated with mental health service delivery, such as billing and insurance credentialing. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
