Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances, leveraging evidence-based practices. \n
- Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies and skills to manage their challenges effectively. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and client interactions to ensure continuity of care. \n
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team, referring patients to psychiatrists or additional services when necessary for comprehensive care. \n
- Engage with patients regularly to monitor their progress, modifying treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. An empathetic approach and understanding of cultural sensitivity will be crucial in providing effective therapy tailored to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each patient.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is essential. \n
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred, providing direct care to clients. \n

- In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. \n
- Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner. \n
- Strong crisis intervention skills, with a demonstrated capacity to remain composed in volatile situations. \n
