Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, ensuring strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance and optimal care.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to ascertain client needs and establish a foundation for future sessions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to address clients’ mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid, unrestricted, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Technological proficiency, demonstrating comfort with various software applications including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, particularly in a virtual environment.

• Confidence and skill in conducting intake assessments comprehensively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging between USD 75,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed payment rates, facilitating financial stability for our clinicians.
