Work Environment\n

Our working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential variations to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the distinct needs and experiences of each patient, ensuring culturally responsive care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LLMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders and the use of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Experience in delivering therapy in a group or individual format, with a focus on culturally responsive methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bayview Psychotherapy Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
