About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, GTM Strategy & Systems with a strong background in enterprise SaaS to take on a pivotal role in owning and leading the development of an AI-native go-to-market operating system. This senior executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the GTM operating system, ensuring that the organization's people, processes, data, and technology work in a cohesive and efficient manner. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, CRO, CMO, and CFO to align growth strategy with the necessary data, systems, workflows, and AI-augmented processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and owning GTM systems, data architecture, and operating infrastructure, and will be instrumental in driving the company's growth from a $100M to $250M ARR. Key responsibilities for the VP, GTM Strategy & Systems include leading revenue, marketing, and partner operations, building and evolving the GTM architecture, and owning the GTM technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in GTM functions within enterprise SaaS, with a focus on hypergrowth, transformation, and scaling operating discipline. They should possess deep expertise in the modern GTM technology stack, particularly Salesforce, and have a strong background in pipeline management, forecasting, revenue operations, and GTM analytics. The role requires a hands-on approach to AI and automation in a GTM environment, as well as the ability to build and lead a GTM Systems organization. The candidate should be an exceptional leader with a collaborative, innovative, and fun approach to work, and be excited about shaping the future of an AI-native go-to-market organization.
