Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document patients' conditions through comprehensive evaluations, obtaining detailed health histories and physical assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement adaptive treatment programs based on physician referrals, tailoring interventions to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques to effectively address functional impairments, guiding patients towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery journey and improve adherence to treatment regimens.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting progress and modifications to the treatment plans in accordance with organizational protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on treating a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, pediatric conditions, neurological disorders, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

• Current CPR certification and the ability to apply emergency protocols effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective patient interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
