We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring operations and create a smooth, well-organized experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. This contract opportunity with potential for a long-term role is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, stays highly organized, and can manage multiple recruiting activities with minimal oversight. The right candidate will be comfortable working with recruiting systems, coordinating interviews, and helping move candidates efficiently through the hiring and onboarding process.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting data is updated in a timely manner.
• Support full-cycle recruiting activities by assisting with candidate communication, interview logistics, and status follow-up.
• Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to provide a consistent and well-organized candidate experience throughout the selection process.
• Help facilitate onboarding steps for new team members by tracking documentation, timelines, and required follow-up tasks.
• Use recruiting and HR technology tools, including related platforms when needed, to improve workflow efficiency and administrative accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with a wide range of individuals each day, responding to questions and providing timely updates during the hiring process.• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a related talent acquisition support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions independently and manage responsibilities with a high level of ownership.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies.
• Familiarity with interview scheduling, onboarding support, and day-to-day recruiting administration.
• Exposure to corporate recruiting or full-cycle recruiting environments is preferred.
• Experience with ADP platforms or similar HR systems is a plus.
