This position oversees revenue accounting, accounts receivable, and billing while driving operational efficiency, cash flow optimization, and scalable growth across the business. The role ensures compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606) and serves as a key advisor to leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, including contract review, revenue recognition, billing, and collectionsServe as a strategic advisor to leadership on revenue performance, risks, and opportunitiesDrive monthly close for revenue and related accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ASC 606Lead AR and billing teams to improve invoicing accuracy, collections performance, and reduce DSOPartner with consulting leadership to enhance revenue realization, contract structuring, and pricing executionEnsure SOX compliance and audit readinessLead finance transformation initiatives, including automation and ERP/billing system enhancementsCollaborate with FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analyticsDeliver actionable insights to senior leadership on revenue drivers and trendsBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing global revenue organizationDesired QualificationsCPA required8–10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industryStrong knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 606)Experience leading revenue accounting, AR, or billing functionsProven leadership and ability to build high-performing teamsExperience with ERP systems and finance transformation initiativesStrong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
