Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools to evaluate mental health diagnoses and determine the best course of treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and, when appropriate, their families, ensuring that plans are culturally sensitive and reflect the unique needs of each individual.

• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments to the care plan as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care, linking patients with additional resources and support when needed.

• Offer supervision, education, and mentorship to interns and volunteers, fostering a supportive learning environment.

• Participate in peer reviews, program development, and clinical collaboration efforts to contribute to the overall quality of care provided by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve employing evidence-based treatment modalities, tailored to meet the specific needs of our patients, ensuring culturally competent care that respects each individual’s background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

• Strong understanding of mental health assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and best practices in outpatient mental health care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 6 months to 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health or healthcare setting, particularly with a telehealth focus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
