Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients dealing with severe emotional issues and mental health disorders, ensuring evidence-based practices guide all interventions.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs, which may involve coordinating with medical providers and family members.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions, carefully monitoring client progress in accordance with treatment goals.

• Participate actively as a member of our interdisciplinary team, contributing to shared goals and fostering a cooperative environment.

• Identify and respond to crisis situations, ensuring client safety while providing immediate therapeutic support.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate in on-call responsibilities as required, ensuring clients receive support even outside of regular business hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals in hospice care, who experience a multitude of mental health challenges tied to chronic illness, end-of-life issues, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic support to individuals with mental health issues, particularly within community or healthcare settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
