Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
\n
• Establish realistic and measurable treatment goals in partnership with clients, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress through detailed progress notes and treatment plans while complying with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical director during chart audits and review of individual and group therapy notes for compliance and efficacy.

• Foster positive, professional relationships with clients, school staff, and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of care provided.

• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision sessions, providing input and feedback to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing the standard of care and therapeutic approaches utilized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adolescents and young adults within a school environment, assisting those who are experiencing mental health challenges and/or substance use disorders. Our client population may face a variety of complex issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, necessitating an individualized and empathetic approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• An active LCSW license is essential for this role.

• A strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and case management, with a focus on mental health and substance use disorders.

• Proficiency in computer systems and software for documentation and clinical record-keeping.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with a genuine capacity for empathy and understanding.

The Forge Recovery Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
