New Business Coordinator – Insurance & Annuity Operations Compensation: Up to $65,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits A growing financial services organization is seeking a New Business Coordinator to support the processing and management of life insurance and annuity applications. This role serves as a key liaison between advisors, carriers, underwriting teams, and internal operations staff to ensure applications move efficiently from submission through policy delivery. What You'll Do Manage life insurance and annuity applications throughout the underwriting process Coordinate with advisors, underwriters, and carriers to obtain outstanding requirements Monitor pending business and proactively resolve issues Communicate application status updates and policy delivery timelines Maintain accurate records within CRM and case management systems Ensure quality, compliance, and service standards are consistently met Assist with process improvements and operational initiatives What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, case management, or new business processing Familiarity with life insurance and/or annuity products Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and customer service orientation Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems Up to $65,000 base salary Bonus opportunity 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Long-term growth potential within a collaborative organization If you're looking to build your career within insurance operations and advisor support while joining a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Masis Professional Group
