About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Performance Marketing to lead the strategic and operational aspects of customer acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing performance marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, with a focus on driving customer acquisition across all paid digital channels. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling subscription-based digital businesses, deep expertise in digital marketing, and a strong understanding of customer acquisition economics. The VP will be expected to own the performance of all paid customer acquisition channels, ensure scalable growth, and maintain efficient CAC-to-LTV economics. They will also be tasked with driving innovation in paid media, audience development, and conversion optimization, as well as leading a high-performing marketing organization. Applicants for the VP, Performance Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and at least 15 years of experience in performance marketing or related leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or revenue marketing, and a proven ability to lead large marketing teams. Experience in web hosting, domains, website builders, SaaS, cybersecurity, or digital services industries is a plus. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills, as well as a strong focus on data-driven optimization and customer acquisition excellence. The VP will be expected to partner with cross-functional teams to influence growth strategy and marketing performance across the company's portfolio.
