Director, Global Drug Substance Commercialization, Conjugation

Director role leading commercialization of glycoconjugate drug substances at a clinical-stage vaccine company. Responsible for launch readiness, commercial supply strategy, process execution, and cross-functional coordination for regulatory filings and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic execution of drug substance launch plans and commercial supply operations
Coordinate cross-functional efforts for regulatory submissions and facility readiness
Build and develop a skilled global team focused on conjugation manufacturing
Ensure effective communication of manufacturing processes to stakeholders and regulatory agencies
Drive continuous process improvement and technology advancement throughout product lifecycle

Requirements

Leadership experience in biopharmaceutical drug substance commercialization
Technical expertise in conjugation chemistry and polysaccharide processing
Experience with regulatory filings and CMO coordination
Track record managing process development transitions to commercial scale
Demonstrated ability to build and lead technical teams
Knowledge of manufacturing science and lifecycle management
