Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor within our outpatient treatment center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that foster a sense of shared experience, connection, and support among clients.

• Providing individual therapy, where you will employ empathetic counseling techniques to help clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with clients in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting, providing holistic and evidence-based treatment options. Our clients often confront issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, and your expertise will be crucial in guiding them toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.

• At least 1 year of experience in mental health counseling, particularly with adolescents or young adults.
