Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our outpatient treatment center, you will carry out a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental health and wellness of our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead insightful and supportive group sessions designed to help clients connect, share experiences, and engage in collective self-discovery.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling to clients, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to develop effective coping strategies and achievable action plans.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with each client to design personalized and goal-focused treatment plans that address their individual needs and preferences.

Qualifications\n
