This position is designed to be remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home office while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with the client's goals and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client information is up-to-date and organized.

• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing education to remain current on best practices, therapeutic techniques, and licensure requirements.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and thorough risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
