About This Role The Level II Staff RN provides professional nursing care in the Obstetrics/GYN department, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for bilingual (Spanish) nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Highlights Pay: $56 - $77/hour Location: San Dimas, CA Facility: San Dimas Medical Offices I Schedule: Full-time, Day shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans based on evaluations. Ensure effective documentation of nursing processes and interventions. Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members. Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality. Mentor, orient, and coach others in patient care activities. Participate in departmental performance improvement activities. Requirements Education: Registered Nurse License (California) Experience: 1-year recent experience in Maternal/Child Health, FCC, OB/GYN, or Women's Health in acute care or ambulatory care. Licenses & Certifications: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Level II required. Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
